Booking Terms & Payment

Rates are per week
From 590€ to 970 €/week all the year depending on guest number and duration of stay
The villa for 2 - 8 persons
You can arrive or leave any day of the week

To make your booking :
Send us an email to confirm, we will send you a Booking Form that you will have to complete, sign and return.
We will ‘provisionally reserve’ the accommodation for you, for 7 days, to allow time for receipt of the booking form and the 30% deposit.
The payment of the deposit is required by cash transfer (International postal transfer, Western Union or equivalent)
Your booking will be confirmed by us when we have received your booking form and the deposit.

3. We will require a 30% deposit to hold the reservation. The balance of the full payment will be due 1 month prior to the starting date of the villa rental period
 
4. There is also a deposit of 1000€ requested which is sent back to you after your stay if everything is ok in the villa.

The price include :
- a fully equipped house, sheets and towels,
- maid service for cooking, cleaning, ironing 6 days/week
- a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool 7 days/week
-Our staff will take great care of you while you stay with us, whether on vacation with your family or traveling on business.
5. The price doesn't include consumption of electricity and water : (0,30€/KWh, 1,10€ / m3)
The reception at the airport of Dakar and the transport towards (Villa Somone) can be organised at the same time of your booking.
 
It is possible to rent a car and also to organize visits with a driver (Dakar, Goree island, the Pink Lake, Saloum islands, the Somone lagoon,...)

6. Your booking will be confirmed by us when we have received your booking form and the deposit.
